Nous avons visité Luc Leclerc dans son atelier où il se construit des maquettes de bateaux depuis trois générations. We visited Luc Leclerc in his workshop where boat models have been built for three generations.
Il travaillait sur ces deux modèles, celui de gauche c'est La Licorne du livre de Tintin "Le Secret de la Licorne". He was working on those two models, the one on the left is The Unicorn from Tintin's book "The Secret of the Unicorn".
Pour les amateurs de moto, ce qu'il ne faut pas rater à Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, c'est le musée de la moto. À gauche une Indian 1932 et à droite une Harley-Davidson 1929 Il y en a des centaines comme ça dans ce musée! For motorcycle enthusiasts, what should not be missed in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli is the motorcycle museum. On the left a 1932 Indian and on the right a Harley-Davidson 1929. There are hundreds of them in this museum!

Marc fabricant une corde au Musée Maritime, avec un genre de vilebrequin à un bout et à l'autre bout les brins qui s'entortillent pour former la corde. Marc making a rope at the Maritime Museum, with some kind of crankshaft at one end and at the other end the strands that twist to form the rope.
Toutes sortes d'anciennes embarcations sont préservées au Musée Maritime. All sorts of old boats are kept in the Maritime Museum.
Non seulement des bateaux, mais également de vieux gréments et voiles. Not only boats, but also old rigging and sails.
Lise s'est retrouvée dans son élément aux Sculptures Tremblay, où des oiseaux géants nous accueillent. Lise found herself in her element at the Tremblay Sculptures, where giant birds welcome us.
De la Grande Bretagne, un coup de coeur du festival pour nous deux : Chris Ricketts. From Great Britain, a favorite of the festival for both of us: Chris Ricketts.

Un concert à ciel ouvert chant et harpe, Le chant des Sirènes, est présenté au bord du fleuve. An open-air concert song and harp, The song of the Mermaids,  is presented on the river shore.
C'est suivi de l’œuvre chorégraphique in situ "Hommes de Vase" de la compagnie Fleuve/Espace danse. It's followed by the choreographic work in situ "Men of Vase" of the Fleuve/Espace dance company.
Nous assistons à une course de "godille", c'est à dire qu'il faut godiller  avec une seule rame sur l'arrière de l'embarcation. We are watching a race of "scull", that is to say that one has to scull with a single oar on the back of the boat.

En quittant St-Jean-Port-Joli, nous n'avons pu résister à l'attrait de cette belle grange.  La ferronnerie d'art "La Bigorne" où Clermont Guay fabrique des girouettes . C'est aussi un petit musée avec des pièces qui ont rapport à son métier de forgeron. Leaving St-Jean-Port-Joli, we could not resist the attraction of this beautiful barn.  The art ironwork shop "La Bigorne" where Clermont Guay handcrafts weathervanes. It is also a small museum with pieces that relate to his craft of blacksmith.
Nous terminons ce voyage sur la route du Kamouraska où les paysages sont magnifiques. We finish this trip on the road to Kamouraska where the landscapes are magnificent.
