Mon problème d'ordi était plus grave que je 
croyait.  C'était le port USB qui était "capoute".  
J'ai donc dû me racheter un laptop.  Mais là je 
suis en voiture !!
Un Sony VAIO !

Et je dois rappeler demain à 2h00 les assurances 
pour voir s'ils ont pris connaissance du survey.  
Ça se peut que ça aille à lundi.  Comme je dois 
rapporter l'auto au plus tard à 2h00 demain, je 
vais plutôt appeler AVis et ajouter 2 jours de 
location.

Aujourd'hui on a acheté un "man overboard pole" 
et Ken doit l'installer, et on doit aussi finir de 
gratter l'ancien lettrage du numéro et apposer le 
nouveau sur les 2 coques.

J'ai aussi acheté un "hand bearing compass".  On 
en fini plus d'acheter du stock.
J'ai hâte de larguer les amarres. 

On est aussi allé dans le plus gros magasin de 
plein air qaue j'ai jamais vu:  Bass Pro Shop.  Là 
je me suis acheté une mousticaire.  Ce sera bien 
pratique quand nous serons ancrés dans les 
marais, pratique pour les maringouins mais il semble 
que ce ne le sera pas pour les "no see'em", les 
"brûlots". 

Je me suis achetée un toaster de camping pour 
mettre sur le rond de poêle.  Et un tuyau à 
siphonner pour remplir les tanks à gaz.

Et un néon 12 volts pour la cuisine car la 
lumière au dessus de l'évier ne fonctionne pas.

Puis Ken m'a payé à souper dans le petit resto au 
bord de la rivière où Marc et moi avions vu un 
manatee en février. 

En revenant au bateau, j'ai setté mon nouvel ordi 
et j'ai envoyé`quelques mails à Marc.  On devrait 
se parler sur Skype demain matin.

My computer problem was more important than I had thought. 
The USB port is broken.  Therefore I had to buy myself another 
laptop.  But now I've got something !  A Sony VAIO !

Tomorrow at 2:00 I'll have to call back the insurance to check if 
they have had a look at the survey.  I could have to wait till 
Monday.  Because I have to bring back the car at 14:00 tomorrow
I will call them to add 2 more days to my rental. 

Today we've bought a "man overboard pole" and Ken will install it,
and we also must finish to scrape the old numbers on the port hull
and put the new ones. 

I also bought a  hand bearing compass.  
We always have something to add to the buy list.
I can't wait to leave !

We alwo went to the biggest outdoor sports shop that I've ever seen.
Bass Pro Shop.  I've bought myself a mosquito net.  It will be really 
useful when we'll be anchoring in the marshes. Useful for the mosquitos
but not that useful for the "no see'ems".

I also bought a camping toaster, to put on the stove top.  And a syphon
hose for the fuel tanks.   And a 12 volts hanging lamp for the kitchen.

Then Ken invited me for dinner at the restaurant by the river, where Marc
and I had seen a manatee last February. 

When I was back to the boat, I settled my new computer and sent out 
a few e-mails to Marc.  We should be able to talk over Skype tomorrow
morning.
